Notice to Eagle Crest Owners:
The Eagle Crest Master Association (ECMA) Board of Directors is rescheduling the 2024 annual meeting to December 7, 2024. The 2024 Annual Meeting business does NOT include residential or commercial director elections this year, so the meeting business for residential/commercial owners will be the routine IRS resolution and operations reports. We expect to be back to customary September annual meeting schedules next year. Thank you and watch for the ECMA annual meeting notice that will be sent in early November.

Summary: The policy requires dwellings with even numbered addresses to irrigate on even dates of the month, and dwellings with odd numbered addresses to irrigate on odd dates of the month. Irrigation hours are 6pm-6am year-round. Fines may be assessed for violations of the policy.

Environmental Control Committee ("ECC")
Any changes to the exterior of your home/unit must be approved by the ECC prior to commencing construction. Board approval may also be necessary. Please return completed application form and check for the application fee in person at the Community Services office at 8300 Coopers Hawk Drive, or via mail to: Eagle Crest Management, P.O Box 1215, Redmond OR 97756.
